It feels tedious at times, but I look at a series as one giant book that's meant to be read at once. It's like a TV show that I can binge. That being said, to get away from the tediousness feeling I'll have a non fiction book (or another book completely unrelated in genre/author) that I'll read simultaneously.

The Binge Code is a bold new book based on hard science and over 10 years of helping people end their binge eating issues and lose excess weight. In this book, Alison Kerr shows you exactly, step by step, how to unlock your mind, body and emotions from "The Binge Trap"/5().
